Russia and Ukraine complete ‘major’ prisoner exchange after mysterious plane crash

Russia and Ukraine say they have exchanged hundreds of prisoners of war, in the first swap since the crash of a Russian military plane that Moscow claimed had 65 captured Ukrainian soldiers on board.
